How did we get here?
We, Son and Al, have a combined plumbing industry experience of 35 years. We’ve been to so many jobs where the issue could have easily fixed by customers themselves and we want to provide an easy and cost effective solution to this by offering step by step video call advice.
The global pandemic pushed our idea into motion and the vision grew quickly. Realising that we were doing more than coming up with a solution for the now, we were also paving the way for what we hope will soon become the new normal in solving plumbing issues.
From decades of working in people’s homes, we have learned that many like to feel independent and able to undertake DIY jobs themselves, without having to spend unnecessary money or waiting for a time window that can often be days or weeks away.
